We’re looking for a passionate digital Account Manager interested in living and working in Portland to join us in continuing to build an ethical, strategic recruiting practice. We’re a high-touch boutique staffing firm with myriad creative and tech connections, and as an Account Manager, your role will be focused on activating new business while taking excellent care of existing clients in the digital space. Our clients are agencies and brands hiring for positions in interactive design, development, and more, and we have a seasoned, close-knit team ready to aid your efforts.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, serve, and retain new client accounts. This is an opportunity to build a great book of business! 
  • Provide exceptional high touch client service, serving as a primary point-of-contact for client contacts (hiring managers and HR personnel). 
  • Help clients identify, qualify, and roadmap their needs; engage clients in big-picture thinking and forecasting. 
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team, developing a cohesive partnership to seamlessly deliver impactful client and talent experience. 
  • Record accurate documentation of all client and talent interactions and assignments. 
  • Educate clients about the recruiting process with 52 Limited and working with a staffing agency, as needed. 
  • Routinely seek out feedback from talent regarding their experience with 52 Limited and our clients. 

COMMUNITY OUTREACH (We're big on this. Hopefully you are too.) 

  • Proactively seek out and attend offsite networking events in order to nurture existing client relationships and source new clients. 
  • Represent 52 Limited at industry functions, company events and in the overall creative/digital community. 
  • Assist with registration and logistics for events presented or sponsored by 52 Limited. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • You possess the ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team, talent, and clients. 
  • Ideally, you have 2+ years working in recruiting and staffing environment, and a strong track record of successful sales/ account management experience. 
  • You're passionate about creative design, technology, and the transformative intersection of the two.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
