This month we are collaborating with the Oregon Media Production Association (OMPA) to bring you a very special event. What does the future of storytelling looking like within the new realms of immersive technology? VR has a strong connection to the film industry and yet is simultaneously a completely new creative medium. Many of the old rules and best practices for creating film in VR are being thrown out of the window.
We are excited to be hosting Eric Darnell, Chief Creative Officer of Baobab Studios, an Emmy award winning and leading VR animation studio. Eric will be sharing with us a presentation on how to craft engaging stories within VR and immersive technology.
