We are searching for an experienced Copywriter/Graphic Designer that we're calling a "Creative" for our agency client. They’re looking for a creative superstar with a broad skill set to join their growing creative department on a full-time basis. As a key member of their team, you will collaborate, concept, write and design for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media). The most successful candidate will be a quick learner with a versatile style and thrives in all aspects of marketing.


As a Creative, you will:


  • Continually raise the bar with fresh design and copy
  • Develop solutions that connect with a desired audience and drive action
  • Interpret creative briefs
  • Ownership of projects from beginning to end
  • Thrive in an environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
  • Comfortable working both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Have high standards for brand consistency and cohesiveness.
  • Concept, write and design for a range of marketing and communications materials
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communications- and client-related industry trends
  • Research and understand a client’s needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members and stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience.
  • Work with departments across the organization.


Who we’re searching for / About you:


  • Three or more years of professional writing and design experience with a solid portfolio of strategic work
  • Appreciation of great marketing
