We are looking for an Account & Project Manager for a boutique creative agency located in the SE Portland creative district that specializes in holistic brand marketing, thoughtful content strategy, and intuitive digital experiences. 

About the role: As the Account & Project Manager, you’ll set the rhythm and tone in a fast paced creative agency environment. You’ll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and proactively provide creative and strategic solutions to support their objectives. Internally you’ll be the champion for the day-to-day needs that keep projects on track. You delight in facilitating the success of our team through superb attention to detail, proactive communication, fearless collaboration, focused work ethic, and unshakable optimism. 

How you’ll contribute: 

● Lead on a portfolio of accounts, proactively providing creative and strategic input, and managing day-to-day client communication. 

● Provide long term planning for both projects and team resources, addressing potential resource conflicts early 

● Manage a wide variety of cross-functional projects (i.e designs, campaigns, web development, events, etc), ensuring they are delivered on time and on brief, from concept to delivery 

● Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external freelancers where needed. 

● Build and maintain strategic and honest relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels. 

● Understand client’s business and objectives; provide strategic input to develop creative briefs. 

● Draft project proposals and estimates to support recommendations and client objectives. 

● Optimize processes and procedures for internal and external efficiency and consistency. 

● Maximize team use of project management software for clarity and efficiency by implementing intuitive workflows, time-saving automations, dashboards, client collaboration, etc. 

● Perform other relevant duties to support the agency's success and growth. How you’ll be successful:

● At least 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager and/or Project Manager in a fast paced creative agency environment. 

● An ability to successfully manage and grow business within a portfolio of accounts 

● Proven ability to manage and deliver integrated-campaigns, branding projects, digital web development, and content production 

● Familiarity with drafting contracts, proposals and cost estimates, managing a sales pipeline, providing strategic input, presenting ideas, and client management best practices 

● An ability to thrive within a small-team environment and desire to help drive big growth aspirations!
