We are looking for a creative, fun and thoughtful full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the social media marketing landscape with experience in creating organic social media posts, community building and paid social media advertising.
The role of the Social Media Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the Director of Marketing to execute and manage strategic initiatives across all social platforms for customer acquisition, engagement and growth.

Applicants should have a deep understanding of content creation and community engagement with an aptitude for identifying performance trends. Past experience in developing social media creative (e.g. authoring copy or visuals) and working directly with the Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Advertising, and scheduling tools is required.
This individual will have the opportunity to shape our company’s social media presence while also learning firsthand how to develop innovative and intentional marketing strategies while growing their skills in a fun and mission-driven environment.
Required Education and Experience:
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Experience with social media management and listening tools such as Sprout Social, Loomly, Buffer, Later, Linktree, etc.).
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and honor the brand voice with a fun, clever, and educational voice.
Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing online communities.
An all-around excellent communicator with an ability to demonstrate how social media strategy can support business and marketing objectives.
Be self-motivated yet customer-focused.
Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Be a curious learner that has a finger on the pulse of social media trends, technology and shifting consumer behaviors.
Deep understanding of social media platform best practices and understands owned, earned and paid social tactics.
Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Tik Tok, along with emerging platforms.
The ability to create cohesive and collaborative relationships and processes with team members.
Google Suite and Slake proficiency.
Deep ability to be organized with strong planning skills to execute while also looking ahead to future campaigns and posts.
Strong experience with video marketing for social media platforms such as Tik Tok is a bonus but not required.
