We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director for a full time on-site role with a client in North Austin, Texas.
Using a data-driven approach aligned to revenue & ROAS targets, this candidate will lead the digital media and manage paid social media platforms, SEO/SEM, display, and email marketing, driving the strategy and execution of those efforts in support of our fast growing direct-to-consumer business.

The ideal candidate will possess a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, using an analytical mind & growth mentality to innovate in the digital marketing space. As consumer touchpoints expand digitally, they will use these tools to develop better relationships with consumers regardless of where they are in the consumer cycle.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns to optimize for customer acquisition and retention.
Build and lead a hard-working team.
Allocate & optimize budgets across channels, campaigns, and strategies to achieve both long-term and short-term revenue goals.
Collaborate with the greater Digital Marketing team to communicate results & develop cross-channel strategies, tactics and initiatives with the consumer at the center of everything that we do.
Seek out new opportunities to innovate.
Collaborate with your team to generate marketing reports that support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with internal & external teams to optimize our marketing tech stack.
Be a great partner with agencies & vendors where applicable.
Influence and collaborate across functions in a matrixed environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standard methodologies and latest developments in Digital Marketing & Ecommerce.
Create and implement audience/creative testing methodologies to achieve impactful insights and improve campaign performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience leading Performance Digital Marketing campaigns, preferably in direct-to-consumer environment.
Experience planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel, full-funnel media strategies with goal of driving short or long-term revenue & consumer growth.
Consistent track record to “run the business by the numbers,” using analytics to drive action & optimization.
Experience quantifying paid media impact and creating alignment with overall business goals/initiatives.
Experience leading agency partners & using partner feedback to strengthen campaign performance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
