Prospect, identify, qualify, serve, and retain new client accounts. This is an opportunity to build a great book of business!
Provide exceptional high touch client service, serving as a primary point-of-contact for client contacts (hiring managers and HR personnel).
Help clients identify, qualify, and roadmap their needs; engage clients in big-picture thinking and forecasting.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting team, developing a cohesive partnership to seamlessly deliver impactful client and talent experience.
Record accurate documentation of all client and talent interactions and assignments.
Proactively seek out and attend offsite networking events in order to nurture existing client relationships and source new clients.

You have 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting and staffing and a strong track record of successful sales/account management experience.
You have 2+ years of experience working with clients to fulfill their technical hiring needs.
You're curious and passionate about technology (all things development, AR/VR, UX/UI, etc.)
You have a competitive edge, and the hustle and tenacity to succeed.
