We were the first locally-owned creative staffing firm in Portland, and we’re now placing tech and creative talent in direct hire, contract-to-hire and contract roles with clients in Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco.

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Technical Account Manager to join us in continuing to build our ethical, strategic recruiting practice. We're a driven, women-led team with a strong commitment to excellence in all that we do.   • Prospect, identify, qualify, serve, and retain new client accounts. This is an opportunity to build a great book of business!
  • Provide exceptional high touch client service, serving as a primary point-of-contact for client contacts (hiring managers and HR personnel).
  • Help clients identify, qualify, and roadmap their needs; engage clients in big-picture thinking and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team, developing a cohesive partnership to seamlessly deliver impactful client and talent experience.
  • Record accurate documentation of all client and talent interactions and assignments.
  • Proactively seek out and attend offsite networking events in order to nurture existing client relationships and source new clients.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • You possess a keen understanding of technology products and services, and a passion for keeping your knowledge current
  • You have some previous experience in either technical recruiting or technical sales & account management
  • You're tenacious, with the competitive energy to be self-driven toward success
  • You're extroverted and energized by connecting with others
