We’re looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join us in continuing to build our ethical, human-centered recruiting practice. Essential Responsibilities


  • Prospect, identify, qualify, serve, and retain new client accounts 
  • Provide exceptional high touch client service, serving as a primary point-of-contact for clients 
  • Help clients identify, qualify, and roadmap their needs; engage clients in big-picture thinking and forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team, developing a cohesive partnership to seamlessly deliver impactful client and talent experience
  • Record accurate documentation of all client and talent interactions and assignments
  • Proactively seek out and attend offsite networking events in order to nurture existing client relationships and source new clients

The Ideal Candidate Profile 


  • You possess a keen understanding of tech and/or digital creative products and services, and a passion for keeping your knowledge current
  • You have previous experience in recruiting and/or relationship-driven sales & account management
  • You're tenacious, with the competitive energy to be self-driven toward success
  • You're extroverted and energized by connecting with others
