Our client, a leader in the sportswear industry based in Oregon, is searching for an Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a long term contract role, with potential to extend. While in this role, you will partner with the Brand Marketing / Product Management team as a resource for cross functional support for processes and projects. As the Operations Coordinator, you will:

— Contribute special expertise to coordinate and optimize operational projects
— Assist the team by organizing, tracking, and reporting data
— Be a thought partner to identify and elevate risks and identify solutions
— Remain informed of process dates, events, and calendars and communicate effectively to inform the team
— Have the core capabilities needed for the role
— Brand Management, data management, operational, and team management support
— Support Photoshoot executions, including attending daily stand up with Execution team
— Assist with onboarding

Who we’re searching for / About you:

— 2+ years’ experience in marketing, events, sports marketing, merchandising, consumer services
— Strong business acumen for brand, financial, resource and data management
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
— Experience with Airtable, SAP, Cognos and Comp portal a plus
— Strong desire and willingness to participate in a community of managers and peers
— Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and globally

Salary / Pay range:
$26 - $28 / hour DOE
