We are looking for someone to join our Real Estate client’s team as the Director of Marketing & Brand to play a key leadership role in the continuous development of their brand and all the associated marketing efforts. This client is a future-forward commercial real estate brokerage investment firm. They are privately owned and founded by industry veterans who believe that people are first – always! They value relationships with their team members, clients, and their communities above all else and they work as a team in a collaborative environment to execute at the highest levels for their clients. The success of their approach has our client on pace to nearly double their team size over the past twelve months making them the fastest growing commercial real estate brokerage in the Pacific Northwest.
As the Director of Marketing & Brand your focus will be split between working with their executive team on developing and implementing the marketing strategy to support their continued growth as well as leading, managing and mentoring their marketing team - whose primary responsibility is to support their high-volume brokerage team in putting out high quality listing proposals, property offering memorandums and other collateral to market investment properties for sale. Typical tasks include but are not limited to:
Build and lead the marketing team ensuring clear, integrated team goals with delineated roles
and responsibilities to support current and future deal volume and broker and client needs.
Develop annual marketing strategies with expected outcomes and plans to execute.
Lead strategy for content and activation of thought leadership, client touch programs, social
media, PR, company and client events and their website.
Accountability to brand evolution and the inclusion of technology as a force multiplier.
Own strategy and evolution of product focused materials such as sales collateral, presentations,
events, and broker tool kits.
Direct partnership and collaboration with other team leads to ensure continuous focus and work
is being done against strategic business objectives.
Develop executive team presentations and recruiting materials as needed.
Manage paid media/advertising, event, and sponsorship strategies with responsibility for
tracking and ROI reporting.
Act as a brand ambassador and quality control for all items associated with the brand and its
Accountable for competitive landscape review and reporting along with recommendations against that.
Who we’re searching for / About you:
7+ years of experience in developing digital and print marketing strategy, storytelling, copywriting as well as leadership experience in recruiting, building, and mentoring a marketing team.
Bachelor’s degree required
Real Estate (commercial or residential) marketing experience is highly desired.

Understanding of investment real estate and the lifecycle of a deal.
Experience with social media platforms and tracking and reporting
Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management, organization, communication, and
attention to detail along with good judgment and decision making with a high level of confidence.
A creative thinker that can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and think from a solution oriented perspective.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects and tasks at one time, while meeting provided deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and are highly organized with impeccable time management and prioritization skills.

Salary / Pay range: $90,000
