Marketing Design Coordinator (Hybrid)

52 Limited is a digital staffing agency with an industry-leading focus on the creative + technology space. We exclusively place tech and creative talent in direct-hire, contract-to-hire, and contract roles with our clients in Portland, Seattle, Texas, and California.


We’re looking for a Marketing Design Coordinator for a food and beverage distributor company. This role is hybrid and candidates must reside in the Portland/Wilsonville metro area or be willing to relocate.


Responsibilities: 

·  Design/produce marketing materials, catalogs, website graphics, customer-branded materials (upon request), product labels/packaging, truck graphics, and additional collateral as needed.

·  Support new product launches assisting in the development of promotional materials, emails, website banners and landing pages.

·  Fulfill customer marketing requests, coordinating with vendors as needed.

·  Layout Design and distribution of the internal monthly newsletter.

·  Attend and document/photograph all internal and external company events and activities.

·  Manage and maintain product imagery for marketing materials and the website.

o   Coordinate with vendors to acquire/update product images.

o   Organize stock removal or sample requests to photograph products in-house.

o   Process images per guidelines for use on marketing materials and website(s).

·  Photograph employees and maintain client’s “Who We Are” webpage.

·  Maintain the marketing print room.

o   Assure sufficient stock of paper, toner, and other printer supplies.

o   Schedule servicing when necessary.

·  Coordinates the ordering of company apparel/uniforms.

·  Maintain the company showroom, updating and requesting samples as needed.

·  Responsible as back-up for launching products and maintaining product database.

·  Proofreading of materials, content, internal and external communications.

·  Other duties as assigned.

           

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Digital/product photography experience is necessary

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail is necessary

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Monitor and review projects to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and final work meets creative/quality expectations

  • Must be willing/able to handle multiple projects/tasks, meet established deadlines, follow directions, and ask questions

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2 years experience is preferred

  • Interviewees will need to provide a portfolio of design work
