Our client, a leader in energy efficiency, is looking to add a Producer to their corporate marketing team. We’re looking for a collaborative team player to step in and fill the gap between cross-functional teams. This role is a contract-to-hire position, with the opportunity to grow.


As a Producer, you will: 

  • Support the overall functions of Operations, Stakeholder Engagement, Financial, and Business Development teams.
  • Understand, estimate, and produce small-to-large print and digital deliverables.
  • Lead project communications and team alignment—including, discovery and kickoff calls, project status meetings, and facilitating daily resourcing stand-ups.
  • Align teams to processes.
  • Proactively partner with Account Management teams to plan and forecast work.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through timely and effective communications.
  • Manage the development of creative assets and budgets for proposals and presentations to grow our book of work.


To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Fit within the culture of being energetic, kind, and agile while being a strong team player.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Hold themselves accountable.
  • Know when to ask for help.
  • While not a requirement, having experience with Workfront or a similar PM software is a plus.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of Producer experience.

Salary / Pay range:

  • $35 to $39/ hour


While this job is completely remote, candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Oregon, Washington, California, or Texas.
