Our client, a key player in the sportswear industry based in Oregon, is looking for a Comp Specialist to join their Brand + Marketing team. In this role, you will assist in executing comp order requests for seasonal products across multiple constructs, segments, and geographies. You will partner with the Brand Marketing Product Management Team to facilitate product deliveries. Serving as a resource for Brand Marketing broadly, you will bring a customer-service attitude and approach to supporting their product needs.

 

As a Comp Specialist, you will: 

— Intake, enter, and process Comp requests

— Evaluate and align available inventory to orders

— Identify and offer replacement products

— Shipment tracking

— Expedite requests

— Remediation of open units

— Process Returns

— Troubleshoot errors

— Communicate order progress/delays



Who we’re searching for / About you:

— Brand Management: Serve as a conduit between Product Management, Carriers, Distribution Centers, and Facilities

— Operational Management: Support product deliveries, scheduling, and planning

— Facilitate communications and systems management

— Team Management: Engage with and contribute to the Product Management and the company community for process improvement

— Understand  and leverage ordering and inventory tools

— Ensure delivery of the right product at the right time

— Help planning partners make good decisions by exploring solutions to streamline processes

— Be a thought partner to troubleshoot and escalate issues

— Be informed of enterprise-wide tools, systems, and process evolution
