Who we’re working with:

52 limited has partnered with our client in the hemp and terpene industry to find their next Brand Manager to join their team. In this role, the Brand Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing team. They’ll be a driving force, spearheading brand strategy, pulling market research and insights, and leading the charge when it comes to brand growth, expansion, and GTM plans. Ideally, the person in this role will feel motivated and empowered to lead teams cross functionally and collaborate with other department heads. 


As the Brand Manager,  you will:

  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team on analyzing and driving growth.

  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative, including the Brand Guidelines, positioning, architecture, and Annual Brand Plan.

  • Translates brand objectives into clear marketing messages, programs, and campaigns.

  • Conceptualizes and executes on multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignments of communications and messaging.

  • Builds quality consumer/trade equity through consumer and trade strategies focusing on pricing, packaging, promotion, PR, digital advertising and events.

  • Manages social media and PR in the interim, while the team continues to grow and expand.

  • Oversee development of creative briefs, collaborating on creative direction to meet brand and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and internal marketing partners to optimize the product portfolio.

  • Manage brand marketing budgets, tracking and aligning with Sales and Marketing teams on product financials.

The Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing operations, or marketing management

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally

  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • Strong communication skills

  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques

  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
