Our client in the nonprofit space is searching for an MS Dynamics 365 Marketing Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the tool and its many functions and features. Our ideal candidate will have a robust marketing background and a strong knowledge of Dynamics 365. You will Partner with all internal teams of our client, Strategic Enablement Team, and external vendors for integration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service & Marketing.


As the MS Dynamics 365 Marketing Administrator, you will:


  • Create fields, forms, landing pages, task templates, etc. for all of our client's audiences.
  • Serve as an in-house SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Support the creation of our client's audience email journeys.
  • Maintain the integrity of marketing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Report on duplicates, communication opt-outs, email bounces, etc.
  • Create and manage marketing dashboards within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Partner with users and key stakeholders to ensure data successfully flows in and out of our client's Data Warehouse and is available for PowerBI.


Who we’re searching for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or technology-related field.
  • 5 years experience in communications or marketing.
  • 2 years experience in Dynamics 365.

Pay range:

  • starting at $40/hour
