We are looking for a Comp Specialist to assist in the fulfillment and management of seasonal Comp product orders for our client, across multiple categories and geographies for a full time long-term contract position. 


You will partner with our client’s internal teams and others to facilitate Comp ordering to fuel consumer demand, strengthen our client’s brand and shape our connection with consumers and athletes across the globe. Serving as a resource for Brand Marketing and Product Specialists, you will bring a customer-service attitude and approach to supporting the product needs for our client’s teams. 

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Contribute special expertise by understanding complex inventory solutions, comp product policies, and technology support. 

  • Be of service to GBM & Geographies to deliver the right product at the right time in service of demand creation. 

  • Help Key Stakeholders, Customers and partners make good decisions by exploring ways to maximize budgets, usage and reduce waste. 

  • Be a thought partner to troubleshoot and problem-solve unanticipated issues. 

  • Be informed of enterprise-wide tools, systems and process evolution. 

Core capabilities for this role include:

  • Brand Management: Serve as a conduit between Product Management, Carriers, Distribution Centers, Brand Specialists and Facilities.

  • Financial Management: Comp Reporting 

  • Operational Management: Support product deliveries, scheduling and planning and facilitate communications and systems management including SAP, Comp Portal and Excel

  • Team Management: Engage and contribute to community for process improvement and training needs


Inbox Management (Outbound):

  • DC Communication

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, events, sports marketing, merchandising, consumer services, or as a product buyer

  • Strong business acumen for brand, financial, resource and data management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • Experience with SAP, Cognos and Comp portal a plus

  • Results-driven 

  • Passion/expertise for sports products (footwear, apparel and equipment) and youth culture

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
