The Senior Talent Manager is responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified professionals for placement with 52 Limited’s clients and building long-term, trusted relationships with candidates. Senior Talent Managers assist in the sales process by collaborating with Account Managers to execute client strategy and foster positive client relationships and also provide mentorship and training to Talent Managers.
Essential Functions:
  • Provide high touch service to both talent and clients, successfully building and maintaining talent relationships and participating in client relationship-building when indicated
  • Source candidates through direct outreach using Avionte, LinkedIn, referral networks, community events, and other tools. Maintain the integrity of the database by importing candidates and documenting critical activities
  • Manage an organized, efficient end-to-end candidate process (from sourcing, submittal, offer negotiation and placement), ensuring a polished and professional candidate experience
  • Partner with clients as requested, to ensure holistic knowledge of client, culture, and process to increase likelihood of a successful recruit
  • Serve as a primary point-of-contact for talent during the full lifecycle of employment with 52 Limited and make regular check-ins with placed talent 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Talent Managers regarding sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, candidate management, and more
  • Help talent to curate, develop and hone their personal brand by providing resume advice, interview coaching, and portfolio feedback
  • Contribute to the refinement of recruiting workflow processes to increase efficiency
  • Keep up-to-date with sourcing and recruiting best practices, making recommendations for tools, new methods, and trainings as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and talent salary expectations
  • Develop individual plan to meet or exceed established quarterly individual and/or team goals.
  • Educate talent and clients about the process of working with 52 Limited 
  • Routinely seek out feedback from talent regarding their experience with 52 Limited and our clients, referring possible endorsements for testimonials
  • Attend community events to nurture existing relationships and source new talent
  • Represent 52 Limited at industry functions, company events and in the overall community
  • Provide shared office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office organization.

Education and Experience:
  • 3-5 years experience managing full life cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers 
  • Experience in advanced sourcing and recruiting for a client with a defined process
  • Proven ability to be strategic in sourcing and recruiting activities
  • Experience using ATS software and other sourcing tools
Working Conditions:
These tasks are performed primarily in an office or home office environment. Significant portions of the job require extended sedentary periods; constant work with computers, including extended periods of keyboarding; and repetitive motion of hands and wrists. The job requires the ability to communicate with teammates, talent, management team members, and external business contacts by phone and computer.
