The Talent Manager is responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified professionals for contract assignments witha focus on 52 Limited’s VMS clients, as well as collaborating with the recruiting team to provide sourcing support and full cycle recruiting. Essential Functions:
Source for candidates using a variety of technologies and tools
Participate in regular sync meetings to strategize with the production team on prioritization of requisitions
Utilize VMS systems quickly and reliably to evaluate available requisitions, obtain job descriptions, submit candidates, and confirm interviews
Join client requisition kick off calls to represent 52 Limited and gather additional information
Provide high touch service in all interactions with talent and clients
Develop relationships with candidates through direct outreach using the company database, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, referral networks, and community events, keeping talent profiles updated
Initiate talent intake process, including but not limited to, sourcing talent, interviewing candidates, reviewing portfolios, establishing rate structure for assignments, and performing reference checks
Serve as a primary point-of-contact for talent during the full lifecycle of employment with 52 Limited, making regular check-ins with placed talent and warm candidates. Provide overall guidance and support to talent
Record detailed, accurate notes from all client and talent interactions and assignments
Routinely seek out feedback from talent regarding their experience with 52 Limited and our clients
Develop plan to meet or exceed established individual goals
Represent 52 Limited at industry functions, company events and in the overall community
Proactively seek out and attend offsite networking events in order to nurture existing talent relationships and source new talent
Provide shared office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office organization (when our office reopens)

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Business, or a related field is helpful OR equivalent experience
1-2 years related experience managing full life cycle recruitment process
Experience recruiting for creative or marketing positionsis especially helpful
Experience using CRM and VMS software platforms or the demonstrated ability to master new software quickly
Working Conditions:
These tasks are performed in an office environment. This requires working from home primarily due to the pandemic. Significant portions of the job require extended sedentary periods; constant work with computers, including extended periods of keyboarding; and repetitive motion of hands and wrists.The job requires the ability to communicate with teammates, talent, management team members, and external business contacts by phone and computer.
