Marcom Specialist 

The Role

Global Marketing plays a pivotal role in supporting our product line, commercial organization and our regional marketing colleagues. In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing global marketing communications content activities from beginning to end. The project scope can vary from creating single pieces of content to multifaceted, multichannel marketing communication activities. You will be expected to work closely with the other global marketing teams to help deliver against strategic vision and goals of the strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Successful delivery of global content, from refreshing existing content to re-purposing for new formats and work closely with the wider global marketing teams to ensure use in their localized marketing opportunities.
  • Assures success of marcom deliverables by tracking usage metrics and achievement of KPI’s against program goals.
  • Assures the brand integrity and develops program and collateral content and design which enhance the value of the brand.
  • Track any spend with suppliers to ensure program spend aligns to forecast
  • Individual who can deliver outstanding content taking existing content (react, repurpose and re-use)

Required Experience & Skills

  • A college degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
  • 1+ years of experience within a mid-to-large size company in a marketing communications function
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to create and drive a strong, business-aligned messaging and content narratives
  • Creativity and fresh-thinking to engage and drive messaging across variety of channels
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Builds effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including key customers.
  • Excellent collaborative problem-solving with a high level of maturity and judgment
  • Social media and interactive content savvy. Able to harness new content approaches effectively using a variety of media options
  • Experience executing programs across international markets.
  • Effective budget management and metrics
  • Willingness to learn

Personal Qualities

  • 1+ years of marketing experience in a campaign management capacity.
  • Experience of marketing within a B2B, enterprise-level sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task while keeping priorities in the proper order.
  • Solid project management skills with keen attention to details.
  • Strong team player with high energy and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to keep a calm head and think clearly and quickly under pressure to make the right decisions
