A local creative event agency working with some of the world’s most influential brands to design, create, and manage their most important events and experiential campaigns is seeking a Creative Studio Manager to join their Portland team. As the Studio Manager, you will provide mostly administrative support that includes budgeting, talent evaluation, project scheduling, estimating and SOW development and communicating with both internal and external clients on projects. 3+ years in a fast-paced agency environment working as a Studio Coordinator/Manager or Traﬃc Manager.
Collaborates easily and often with a broad multi-department team
Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
Fluent with Adobe, Google Docs, and, PowerPoint. Has an infectious positive attitude
Evaluate, audit and collaborate with internal partners to intake projects requiring creative development
Liaise with stakeholders (internal & external) to understand business and project needs
Assess client briefs and assign project managers and work with CDs to recommend designers to a project
Proof and review design work and check all documents before they are sent oﬀ Assist on the creative production side when needed and meet with team members for feedback
Maintain and communicate the department master project traﬃc schedule
Work with, and support and mentor Creative Project Managers as they manage the day-to-day creative project management
Create and implement monthly deadlines, projects goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery
