We are hiring a Customer Experience Specialist for an innovative health subscription company in downtown Portland, Oregon. As the Customer Experience Specialist you will help our members with their inquiries and provide customer service throughout all things related to the platform including membership sign up, booking, online ordering, and more! If you possess a high level of empathy, are a customer service wizard, and are a curious learner who loves to dig into complicated problems then this could be the right fit for you!
* You’ll arrive anywhere from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM depending on member needs. Don’t worry—there’s always someone in the office with you regardless of when you arrive.
* The majority of your day will be spent managing inbound inquiries from our curious members across SMS, live chat, email, and phone.
* When the occasion calls for it, you’ll triage, resolve or escalate issues and customer requests using Zendesk.
* Are a seasoned customer service professional with at least 2 years of experience wowing customers with your wizardry
* Are a Zendesk pro
* Google Suite expert
* Can de-escalate situations with grace and care.
* Are smart, patient, kind—someone you’d like to talk to when you have a customer service concern.
