We are hiring a Business Development Lead for a reputable, global, creative technology & production company in Portland, Oregon. If you are an experienced Business Development Lead with sales & marketing experience, enjoy being out in the creative community, and are all about onboarding new accounts, then this could be the right role for you!
As the Business Development Lead you will own the complete business development lifecycle: from identifying key targets, to prospecting, to pitching, winning and onboarding new accounts. This role will primarily be focused on identifying and securing new accounts.
Day to Day
* Maintain new client prospect database and balance efforts against higher degrees of likely conversion.
* Create a US sales and marketing plan that will increase awareness of the brand and lead to new revenue generating opportunities
* Develop new (and enhance existing) client relationships - identify and nurture new relationships or channels where previously unexplored opportunities may emerge
* Promote the company’s reputation as a trusted collaborator, one that leverages technology solutions paired with the highest quality creative and production services across all media channels
* 10+ years of sales, agency, or client-side experience in marketing, advertising or marketing communications.
* Consumer marketing experience required. (Sports category experience a plus)
* Demonstrated long term relationships with a large network of partners.
* Sales acumen; comfortable and effective with consultative selling.
