We are looking for a Vice President of Customer Experience for our growing healthcare startup client based in Portland. Our client is looking for a strategic thinker and leader to build and manage their Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Zendesk and is someone that thrives in a “create something from nothing” environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of a fast-paced pre-launch startup. Interested in joining their tight-knit quickly growing team? — Be responsible for making sure that the company always exceeds the expectations of its customers
— Manage all aspects of customer support and service, including developing the organization’s customer service strategy, managing the overall performance of people, and directing processes that support the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
— Grow and lead the Customer Experience team
We’re looking for someone that…
— Thrives off of designing best in class customer experiences
— Has the ability to build creative and collaborative teams
— Has a thorough understanding of Zendesk
— Is skilled in people management and has a strong emotional Intelligence
— Has experience with customer service strategy, specifically introducing technology for scale, and moving the company forward through the use of technology versus just hiring more bodies
Bonus points to candidates that…
— Come from the healthcare sector and have worked with employee benefits, health insurance, direct with patients or all of the above
— Have a background in patient data privacy regulations (HIPAA)

Salary / Pay range:
— $155,000-$175,000/ Year, DOE
— Pay is TBD based on experience and skillset. The amount above is an estimated range.
