We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with an Internationally known brand coming to Portland Or. You’ll get to support a community of millions of online students and fans via phone, email, and live seminar events. You will be apart of maintaining the highest quality of communication ensuring that company standards are upheld.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Passionate about championing customers’ needs * Ability to thrive in a multi-technological environment. * Familiarity with CRM and cloud solutions (i.e., Infusionsoft, Help Scout, Google Drive, Slack, etc.) a BIG plus;
* Willingness to learn and jump in to support the team.
