Marketing Account Manager - Central & East Coast

Our client, a leader in energy efficiency, is looking to add multiple Marketing Account Managers to their dynamic team. The client has been steadily growing and adding to their team. The time has come that they are in need of a Marketing Account Manager with a background in campaigns, project management, and a creative mind that has created and developed marketing strategies. While this role is a contract position, the hiring manager is in search of the right person who wants to be in this role for the long haul. We are looking for people located in Oregon, Washington, California, or Texas.

As a Marketing Account Manager, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients’ marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Run all aspects of a campaign plan for your clients, including developing and driving marketing strategies that ensure successful positioning, messaging, and timely launch of all campaigns.
  • Create and proactively manage work back schedules, budgets, charts, etc. to keep each client on track during their campaigns.
  • Develop program relevant go to market strategies effectively leverage all available marketing resources to realize program objectives and performance metrics
  • Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative Services Team
  • Partner with the Business Development Team to develop the local market and provide marketing subject matter expertise and support in response to clients’ RFPs.
  • Develop, build, and maintain relationships with clients across projects

To be successful in this position, you’ve got the following capabilities & experience:

  • Ability to define and write program relevant go-to-market strategy, plans, creative briefs and executional tactics in support of plan success metrics.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience. Marketing Agency experience is a plus.
  • Ability to move seamlessly from strategic to tactical execution within tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You’re an expert at multi-tasking and managing expectations across various projects , and delivering projects against a tight timeline.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and excel in large, complex organizational structures with rapidly changing environments and shifting priorities.
  • Highly seasoned project management skills with the ability to lead internal teams and and/or manage relationships with a strategy or marketing consulting vendor.
