We all know that networking is important for your career... but how can you make it fun?
This event will help you learn how to replace the concept of "networking" with building a community of inspiring professionals to support you in your career. You'll learn how to strategize to build relationships within the industry that is most aligned with your career path and get tools on how to navigate those relationships.
We'll do some fun exercises to help you create a strategy for building your own professional community and how to set intentions for networking conversations.
This workshop is geared toward women-identifying and non-binary folks because these groups don't always receive mentorship for an upward trajectory in their careers. In fact, a recent study published this week in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found that 77 percent of the highest-achieving women had strong ties with an inner circle of two to three other women.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to create this professional circle and network in a way that is inspiring for your career path.
