Curious about Service Design? Get hands-on practice with a discrete tool to help synchronize organizational functions that drive customer experience. Join us and Service Design PDX for the Service Blueprinting Workshop! We will be blueprinting a real scenario from Women Who Code. This workshop is for beginners who are just starting out as well as seasoned practitioners. We will cover basic 101-level principles including how to talk to your boss about Service Design. All attendees will walk away with hands-on practice building a service blueprint. The workshop is free, but you must RSVP as space is limited. This will be a hands-on, facilitated workshop. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work in small groups to generate ideas that support service experiences at scale. To dive in to everything Service Design, check out http://www.practicalservicedesign.com and their Slack community (http://www.practicalservicedesign.com/community).

👩🏽 About Our Speaker
Sara Mesing and Chris Machuca have been leading the Service Design Meetup group in Portland for the past four years! They're here to talk all things Service Design, including: What is SD? Who is using it? Who actually has those words in their job title? How can we use Service Design to make positive change in the world? Join the conversation. We meet on the first Tuesday of the month (usually at a bar) for #ThinksnDrinks, SketchJams, Workshops and more. We can't wait to meet you.
