Cultivating Psychological Safety at Work: Neuroscience for High Performance

Tuesday, October 13, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Most of us grew up believing that feelings have little place at work and that to be professional and productive we must leave our feelings at home. The past three decades of neuroscience research however tells a different story: the brain seems to be most productive, most innovative and most focused when it has six core needs met, and these core needs are not related to shelter or food. Instead, they have everything to do with belonging and other aspects of our emotional and social lives. When we're able to understand humans at this core-need level, we're able to specifically design for workplaces that are truly equitable, inclusive and allow everyone to contribute their very best work.

In this webinar, we'll be diving into this neuroscience and covering tools and techniques for how you can understand your own, your coworker's and your team's core needs so that you can create an equitable, inclusive and high-performing work environment. This is a great webinar for leaders, managers, HR professionals as well as anyone who cares about making a positive impact on equity, inclusion and team performance.
