- Team creation is building a dedicated, purpose-built unit of specialists around a defined output: a product launch, a content engine, a migration program, an embedded design studio. Unlike temp staffing, where individuals fill slots, team creation starts with the outcome and works backward to define the roles, skill intersections, and team structure needed to achieve it. We have built teams of two and teams of 20 using this model.
- How do you evaluate and structure cross-functional design and technology teams?
- We start with a capabilities audit, not a headcount request. We map the output you need against the disciplines required to produce it, identify where contractors, permanent hires, and EOR arrangements each make sense, then build a role architecture before we source a single candidate. This prevents the common failure of hiring talented individuals who lack the combination of skills to function as a unit.
- How quickly can you stand up a dedicated creative or technical team?
- A team of three to five people can be fully staffed and onboarded within three to four weeks for contract or EOR engagements. Larger teams of six to twelve require four to eight weeks depending on role specialization. We have compressed timelines to under two weeks for urgent project launches when the brief was tight and the client moved fast on decisions. Preparation time is where most delays happen, not recruiting time.

- Yes. This is one of our most active practice areas right now. We place AI Product Designers, Conversational UX Designers, Prompt Engineers, Marketing AI Specialists, and Front-End Developers with AI tool integration experience.
